Job description

Swim School Development Coordinator

Salary - £27,377 

Closing Date – Ongoing


Our client Trilogy Active are recruiting a full time Swim School Development Manager for Maternity Cover.

You will be responsible for managing the swim programmes, coordinating the Swim School mentoring programme and responding to customer enquiries, and maintaining the required standards of health & safety.


You will need to hold a current recognised Swim Teacher Qualifications, National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or Safety Award for Teachers (or be able to achieve), both qualifications can be obtained in-house.
