Business Analyst - Insurance Finance Accounting Transformation - OUTSIDE IR35
Our client, a leader within Insurance are recruiting for a Business Analyst with experience within Insurance Accounting Solutions.
Role:
- Lead workshops, interviews and prototyping sessions in order to elicit business requirements
- Perform analysis for strategic projects within the portfolio
- Work closely with technology providers on solutions to meet business requirements and make recommendations
- Manage the prioritisation with the business and solution providers in keeping with approved scope
- Provide subject matter experience across the Finance team to drive new policies, standards or data-related requirements
- Deliver wireframes and process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria ensuring links and impact assessment within the overall end to end finance processes
- Design KPI's and reporting to measure and monitor compliance, effectiveness and efficiency of the processes
Skills:
- Has worked on a large business transformation programme
- Experience of Insurance Broking Accounting Solutions
- Experience working on Finance Transformations
- Has worked through the whole life-cycle of a project from initiation through user acceptance testing and launch
- Proficient in detailing and producing key analysis artefacts such as wireframes and process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Can demonstrate superb communication skills including strong presentation skills and working with project teams in global markets including both on and off shore operating models
- Be able to work as part of a fast paced team to deliver high quality business analysis within an agile environment and meet deadlines
