Kelly Services are looking to recruit a Temporary Business Analyst, Finance Systems Project.
A leading local organisation is undertaking a project to replace outdated and fragmented finance systems with a new cloud-based system. The new platform will enable improved efficiency, accuracy, and financial oversight across the organisation. This work package requires a Business Analyst to work within the Shared Services Programme. The role is hybrid, with on-site working as and when required.
Experience and Educational Qualifications:

• Previous demonstrable experience of working on similar financial system implementations as a Business Analyst in comparable roles and organisations is a must.
• Experience of working as a Business Analyst or as a system administrator on E-Financials (One Advanced
• Delivering change in an organisation
• Accounting experience or qualification

• Business Analyst Expertise: A subject matter expert, with the ability to deliver design options that address resilience risks and contribute to the future proofing of services.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, to convey complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues, proposing solutions, and collaborating with teams to address challenges in processes and systems.
