Job Description

• Overseeing day-to-day operational processes within the Technology department.
• Identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyzing operational data to inform business decisions.
• Creating and presenting reports on operational performance.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Supporting the management team in strategic planning.
• Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst Operations should have:

• Proven experience in Operations, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Strong ERP system knowledge
