Our client is a dynamic and innovative player in the telecommunications industry, committed to providing cutting-edge solutions and services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join their team and play a key role in our OSS Transformation projects.
Location: Reading Hybrid 3 days per week home based 2 days office
What you can expect to be doing:
- Lead OSS Transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and create solution designs aligned with business objectives.
- Utilise strong knowledge of Mobile Network Architecture and processes to enhance OSS capabilities.
- Proficiently manage OSS Architectures supporting Service Assurance, Service Management, and Network Resource Management.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of OSS architectures and systems, contributing to their operational excellence and design improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, providing effective communication and ensuring project alignment with business goals.
- Apply expertise in TOGAF, ITIL, and eTOM frameworks to drive efficient and standardised processes.
- Ensure familiarity with Radio Access Network (RAN) and Access Transport domains to enhance overall system understanding.
- Showcase excellent stakeholder management skills, and effectively influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain awareness of Project Management methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and present robust business cases, articulating plans and delivering value to the customer.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, ensuring effective conveyance of information.
- Exhibit a self-development focus, staying highly motivated and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
About You Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a telecommunications environment.
- Expertise in OSS architectures, processes, and transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Mobile Network Architecture and related domains.
- Proficiency in TOGAF, ITIL, and eTOM frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiating, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
