Job Title: Business Analyst / Product Owner (Private Banking )
Duration: 6 Months
Location: London (hybrid)
Pay Rate: £540 PAYE Per Day / Umbrella

Experience of designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics features from a business perspective
Knowledge of Private Banking and Front Office operations e.g. understands the day of Relationship Manager
Turns product strategy into action and is accountable for ensuring that products are built to the ‘customers’ specifications and are commercially viable
Good understanding across, technology, agile, design and business
Support the Global Head of CRM GPB&W in determining and delivering the overall sales and leads management tooling strategy Customers / Stakeholders
Works in collaboration between global, regional, and country teams and builds strong relationships to ensure standardization and delivery of agreed definitions, processes and SLAs are achieved
Collaborate with Customer, Products, Finance and Data Analytics to ensure delivery is aligned to relevant group and market strategies
Identify/ address challenges/ barriers in this process
Obtains buy-in from and influences senior management and stakeholders for specific key initiatives, commitments, and changes.

Support delivery across GPB&W, institutionalizing standard best practices to remove unnecessary complexity and increase stability.
Support and manages operational risk by ensuring adherence to Group Legal, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, and Information Security standards.
Lead the identification and monitoring of BAU and process design specific problems, establishing and mandating changes in practice that lead to continuous improvement.

End-to-end design and implementation of framework connecting global teams, regional and markets in addition to engagement and alignment of other LOBs
Accuracy and reliability of information and processes – crucial to have attention to detail

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
Experience in Product Ownership/ Business Analysis and general business change delivery
Good understanding of CRM principles and Sales and Leads management processes and solutions
Minimum 5 years in a comparable financial services organization
Experience of working across country/ regional and Global teams

Highly numerate and financially literate
Able to see big picture and detail simultaneously
High level of energy and enthusiasm.
