The Role
As Business Analyst, you'll join a close knit BA team and be responsible for:
- engaging cross-functional stakeholders across the business and externally
- defining, documenting business and technology requirements
- manage new technology requests from the business
- support delivery of business change and improvement projects in line with the IT strategy
- process improvement to processes
- act as an ambassador for IT across the organisation
About you
Applicants for the Business Analyst role will have:
- prior experience gained in a similar IT / Systems Business Analyst position, with strong experience of various requirement gathering techniques
- experience of business process modelling (i.e. "As-Is", "To-Be")
- excellent communication and stakeholder engagement / relationship management skills
- experience working on business change and technology change projects
