Job description

Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are currently working with a highly reputable serviced office in Leeds. The client’s aim is to work with businesses and their owners to provide them with a working environment that suits their needs. Each location is unique and beautifully designed to provide the perfect workplace for each business.

They are currently recruiting a Business Centre Manager to head up the Leeds office and make sure everything runs smoothly. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a brilliant company who truly value their staff and clients. The role is extremely varied and would be perfect for someone with similar experience.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Conducting tours of the Business Centre for prospect clients whilst answering any questions they have about the building and facilities
  • Promoting the Business Centre and the company locally through networking and business referrals as well as driving business sales
  • Build strong relationships with each individual client whilst providing a professional yet personable service
  • Managing client accounts, dealing with renewals and changes to client contracts
  • Managing the day to day needs of all existing clients, making sure they are receiving an exceptional service
  • Managing the monthly billing, invoicing and debt management
  • Monitoring and reporting all client activities
  • Deal with client complaints and making sure they are dealt with in a professional manner
  • Managing all health and safety for the centre as well as all compliance
  • Process and manage all administrative tasks for the centre, accurately and efficiently

Experience Needed:

  • Passionate about customer service and willing to go above and beyond to improve performance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to be an excellent leader, coach and mentor
  • Having the confidence to work under pressure and towards deadlines
  • Strong sales ability as well as the experience of up selling and cross selling
  • Have a creative approach to problem solving and the ability to think outside of the box
  • Extremely well organised
  • Experience of using MS office
