Do you have experience as a Business Analyst within the utilities sector? Have you managed change related to CRM/billing systems? This role could be for you!
 
Business Change Analyst - What you'll do:

• Conduct root cause analysis and process mapping
• Identify and manage system changes
• Work on testing, change and release management
• Liaise with a range of stakeholders up to Board level

 
Business Change Analyst - What you'll need:

• Experience working in the utilities sector is essential
• Strong experience in business analysis
• Experience managing billing/CRM system changes
• Comfortable liaising up to senior level

Location: Leeds (hybrid - 50% in office)
