Your new role
- Develop and execute the Business IT Change Plan aligned with annual business plans and group IT strategy, incorporating provisions for future business expansion.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, by creating comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, generating progress reports, and addressing requirements, issues, risks, dependencies, and changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external IT suppliers to establish clear and measurable IT work-packages integral to end-to-end project delivery.
- Partner with Group Infrastructure & Service Management to ensure the provision of essential IT infrastructure services, including desktop applications, networks, IT security, and telecommunications.
- Coordinate with the IT Service desk to appropriately recognise and manage the urgency and impact of IT issues in adherence to agreed-upon service levels.
- Collaborate with IT Development to deliver timely and high-quality Management Information (MI), ensuring effective quality assurance before customer delivery.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Proficient in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a background at strategic, operational, and tactical levels, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Demonstrated capability in overseeing the complete delivery cycle of application systems, from requirement gathering and estimating to conducting workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation.
- Possesses excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, adept at simplifying complex issues into structured frameworks and actionable plans.
- Previous experience in a multi-client contracted environment
