Kearys is looking for a Accounts Assistant.
Your role
Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic, growing team based in BMW, Eastgate Business Park Little Island, Cork T45 DX63.
This role would best suit a candidate who is working towards an ACCA qualification or who has recently completed their ACCA exams.

Role Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices.
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Assist with month-end closing.

Your profile

• Previous experience working within a similar role an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Kerridge is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Working towards ACCA qualification.
