We are recruiting for a Business Change Manager to join our Transformation Operations Directors Office, the team responsible for ITV’s ongoing transformation implementation, on behalf of the Management Board. This role is part of the Rights and Content Sales transformation programme (RACS) and may support on other programmes as needed
Rights are the ‘stock in trade’ of ITV, the IP fundamental for the business to be able to maximise the value of its production, procurement, use and distribution of content. Rights have therefore been identified as a key enabler to delivering ITV’s More than TV strategy.
The RACS programme has been established to transform the way ITV systemises and leverages rights, and how it manages and fulfils its financial obligations. It is a highly complex transformation programme that touches every part of ITV Studios and will drive significant transformation of processes, ways of working, and technology over the coming years.
As a Business Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering the Business Change approach for the RACS transformation programme. This includes creating appropriate and effective communication and training strategies to deliver change across the organisation and to a high number of teams, both in the UK and internationally.
The day-to-day responsibilities could include:
- Ownership of the overall Business Change approach and plan for the programme.
- Develop, and assume ownership for the delivery of, the business engagement approach for the programme, such that the strategy, vision, planning, and deployment of change considers all areas of ITV and reflects a colleague-centric ethos.
- Develop and deliver key Business Change activities such as: impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, end-user support, and transition.
- Lead the delivery of the Business Change plan for the programme to budget and time. Coordinate delivery timelines, manage interdependencies and delivery milestones with the RACS Programme Manager, contain and resolve issues within the programme governance.
- Understand and manage stakeholders’ requirements and expectations to ensure stakeholder understanding of the programme.
- Create and maintain a strong relationship with internal communications teams to successfully land the key change messages and ensure project communications are aligned to Internal Communications guidelines and broader ITV communications plans.
