Roles and responsibilities:
1. Manage the Plan to Perform process within Finance and coordinate cross-functionally.
2. Monitor and verify the financial performance of the entity and towards Regional Centre of Excellence be the speaking partner and the owner of Balance sheet, Income statement and relevant KPI.
3. To collect information, prepare, review, monitor and control the planning process for financial targets and goals.
4. Cost and Inventory analysis focus and take pro-active actions and communicate with stakeholders.
5. Responsible for the audit process in the local site.
6. Participate in projects and coordinate internal audits, to be main contact person for internal auditors.
7. Provide pro-active business support towards the organization within Financial Control.
8. Communicate with the Managers about the financial performance and promote accountability.
9. Risk management and raise red flags when needed, including ownership of contingency planning.
10. To set up and maintain internal control environment.
11. To ensure timely preparation of statutory reports and tax return.
12. To ensure a professional and efficient credit control and collections procedure is in place; is communicated and well understood within the company.
13. To actively manage and develop the Credit control function to ensure they have the competencies and application to fulfil their roles and responsibilities within the company.
14. To participate in, prepare and deliver presentations to different stake holders.
15. To assume the role of Companies' Secretary.
16. To work closely with Internal Service Provider.
17. Safeguard internal controls.
18. Provide financial training to the organization
- 2-3 years' experience in finance and/or business control
- Business analysis and risk management
- Business oriented and able to communicate effectively with Customers at all levels
- Working with quality, accuracy and deadlines
- Experience from an International business environment
- Working with Information systems, including MS Office
Knowledge / Educational requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics or similar academic background
- Fluent in English is a must
- Familiar with IFRS and local statutory rules
