Giving you great exposure to senior stakeholders across the bank, this role is suited to someone looking to bring innovation and process improvements to the Controls environment
The Opportunity:
- Lead & shape control frameworks across diverse technical disciplines.
- Partner with Group Risk functions, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
- Oversee key functions like Procurement, Operational Resilience, & more.
You're a perfect fit if you:
- Possess proven director-level risk/controls experience in financial services.
- Bring a curious & innovative mind to tackling risk management challenges.
- Have a knack for influencing & gaining buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- Understand & ideally have experience in Financial Crime, Operational Resilience, Procurement and more
