MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Data Analytics
• Managing and building complex multi-source dashboards in Tableau, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Becoming the data subject matter expert and triage data quality issues, along with developing automated solutions to eliminate manual work
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to define KPIs, align on approaches and audit data to ensure we are providing an accurate and holistic view
• Collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and offer actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Supporting pipeline portfolio analyses which are part of the Integrated Business Planning

Marketing & Insight
• Managing independently daily activities of assigned projects, applying capabilities with maximum cost effectiveness & highest return of investments
• Working closely with Consumer Insights team (4 team members: UK, Italy, South Africa and France) to bring raw datas to life for repurposing across all EMEA Flavour Solutions Business Units (ie. Channels: both Out-of-Home and In-home. Portfolio: Sauces, Coatings, Seasonings, Flavours. Categories: Savoury snacks, Dairy, Beverages)

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree preferably within Marketing, Market Research, Data analytics, Social studies, Psychology
• Relevant experience working with Salesforce
• Previous experience within a FMCG or related environment
• Relevant experience translating business needs to data requirements, turning data into compelling stories, and completing the full cycle from data to measurable outcomes
• Passionate about turning data into insights with an eye for Design to create impactful & catching material to engage clients
• Good understanding of (digital) marketing/NPD ideally in international businesses.
• Track record of creating data driven dashboards, reports and perform data analytics to answer questions raised by the business and technical Stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present engagingly and decipher complex data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner
• Proficient User MS Office package (PowerPoint & Excel)
• Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI/Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Proficient in using datas set (ie.: Nielsen, Mintel, Kantar)
• Fluent in English
