INSIGHT ANALYST - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

THE COMPANY

I have partnered with a global restaurant chain to bring on board an Analyst dedicated to understanding the effectiveness of new product launches. You will analyse sales, order volume and customer behaviour to produce vital recommendations and insights to the business.

THE ROLE

The successful Insight Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Assess the performance of products by assessing key metrics such as their number of total sales, order volume, and customer behaviour
• Evaluate the contribution of these new products to overall revenue growth and profitability
• Identify patterns and trends in customer behaviour associated with new products
• Gauge customer retention and repeat purchasing tendencies concerning recently added items, identifying strategies to boost customer loyalty and engagement with these products
• Develop reports and visual representations of data to effectively convey findings to various teams and senior management, offering actionable insights
• Work closely with product development teams to provide data-driven feedback on the performance and potential improvements of new products

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Insight Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Proficient analytical skills with a background in data analysis
• Experience in programming languages such as SQL
• Experience in data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey data insights across the business
