You will be covering the UK Market.
A site-based role with Hybrid Working options.
Basic Salary 30,000- 40,000 + commission

Key Duties;
To exceed the company order volumes & revenue targets that are set, ranging from (but
not limited to) new inbound leads, self-generated outbound opportunities and through
Our marketing platforms.
To proactively encourage and maintain a positive, vibrant and professional environment
Across all teams.
Shape pricing and social media strategy with the Head of Business Development and
Marketing to ensure the company is maximising their content on all social media and e-
Mail marketing platforms.
Manage inbound contacts and outbound telephone and TEAMS appointments with a
Focus on maximising conversion rates from contact through to sales.
Attend product training days as required for all products.
Attend exhibitions in the UK and abroad if needed.
Essential Requirements of the Business Development Executive
Two years of previous sales experience
Experience within the metals industry or with instrumentation is preferred.
Hands-on experience with optical spectrometers or XRF is an advantage.
Knowledge of the CRM tool Hubspot is an advantage.
Ability to travel in and around the UK
Ability to articulate technical or complex issues clearly.
