Business Development Administrator
Fully Remote
£25,000 per annum (negotiable)
Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with a leading Healthcare Technology company who are looking to recruit a Business Development Administrator on a 10 month fixed term basis with the possibility of extension. This is a fully remote role where the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Team build and maintain strong client relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied role for a company who offer a genuinely worthwhile service. This position is great for candidates who can work independently and enjoy providing excellent client service.
- Start date: Early May (possibly sooner)
- Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm but flexible)
- Fully remote with meetings every few months held in Edinburgh
Key responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to support with growing client portfolio including identifying prospective customers, researching, and managing sales trackers and databases
- Supporting customers with account set up on company platform
- Providing responses to email requests regarding technical issues on systems
- Ensuring correct technical documentation is tracked on system
- Carrying out general administrative tasks like invoicing and pulling together reports
- Working closely with Marketing Team to help deliver engaging external communications
Person specifications:
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Good problem solving skills
- Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a Business Development / Sales Support role
- Experience working with Google Suite
- Knowledge of or experience with Deaf Community
