Business Development - Appointment booker Healthcare

Home/Office Based

Our highly successful and growing Healthcare division is recruiting for a new Business Development Executive to join our team.

About the Role:

We are searching for an ambitious individual who is hungry to succeed and looking to advance their career within a growing sales team.

  • Cold caller to work alongside the team booking appointments for the highly experienced producers and in-house clinical negligence lawyers to visit face to face
  • Weekly structure: A mix of working in the office and home based
  • You will be calling CEOs, CFOs, Clinical Directors and other key people, advising them of our USPs and booking appointments
  • You will be expected to make a minimum of 40 calls a day
  • Maintaining and keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Managing own diary and making sure all leads are accurately followed up
  • Managing the producer diaries
  • Working towards achieving personal and team annual sales targets
  • Working hours can be flexible as we do have to deal with some clients out of hours, post-surgery hours.

Key Competencies

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - the role requires an intelligent approach to dealing with healthcare professionals who may not be familiar with our unique offering.
  • Ideal candidate would have a proactive approach and be a key contributor to our dynamic, close-knit sales team
  • Ideal candidate would possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in working within a fast-paced environment.

Desired (Full training will be provided):

  • Previous insurance experience and knowledge of the insurance market
  • An understanding of indemnity
  • Previous experience in cold calling preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare space
