SalaryAn exciting junior opportunity has arisen for a Business Development specialist to join an International Law Firm to support the delivery of BD and marketing activities.
The role is broad in nature and will require a self-motivated person who is capable of working with and supporting the firm's busy and well-respected Business Development and Communications team. You will work with the Business Development Manager for Maritime and Senior Business Development Manager for Aviation in the management of existing client relationships and the development of new business opportunities across the global Transport sector. The Business Development Assistant will assist in the implementation of business and marketing plans with main responsibilities of this challenging position including working on pitches and credentials statements; coordinating directory submissions, league tables and awards; coordinating events and conference attendance; drafting and updating marketing materials; raising the profile of the partners and practice via social media and the firm's website; and championing the use of the firm’s CRM system including ensuring all relevant information is logged.
An enthusiastic team player, the Business Development Assistant will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent writing, editing and presentation skills allied to a high attention to detail and the tenacity to see projects and tasks through to successful completion whilst working to tight deadlines.
