What you will enjoy doing
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Development team and add significant value to our business
As part of this role, you will provide support to key account managers in the delivery of our market and business strategy
You will also assess customer processes, analyse costs and assess the potential to introduce valuable services that will be of benefit to both us and the key account
Furthermore, this role will involve identifying and delivering new business opportunities within the key account portfolio and in doing so will secure profitable growth by offering, as appropriate, the full range of our BOC products and services
In addition, you will take the lead in the implementation of our service offerings where required
You will also have the opportunity to develop new business opportunities at selected target prospects outside of our main account portfolio
What makes you great
You are degree level educated or have sufficient on the job experience in a similar role
In addition, you have a knowledge of BOC markets, products and services, supply modes, systems and who we are as an organisation
You also have excellent interpersonal, customer relationship management and sales skills, with ability to influence others
Furthermore, you have a knowledge of Hardgoods & Safety products to be able to initiate customer discussions
As a self-starter who is proactive, you have the ability to identify and develop opportunities that potentially lead to revenue growth
Team leadership experience would be advantageous
