This position is available for full time and part time hours.
Duties and responsibilities
This prestigious company will make sure you have the support and training you need to get you on your career journey to be a Business Development coordinator but the main skills you’ll be developing will be
- Market Research: Conducting research to identify potential clients, industries, and markets for business expansion.
- Lead Generation: Assisting in the identification and qualification of leads through methods such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales Support: Providing support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to pitch products or services to potential clients.
- Data Analysis: Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining CRM databases, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports for senior management.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and finance to develop strategies and plans for business growth.
- Training and Development: Continuously learning and developing skills in sales, communication, and market analysis through training programs and on-the-job experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and enhance the effectiveness of Business Development efforts.
- Goal Setting and Monitoring: Assisting in setting goals and KPIs for Business Development initiatives and tracking progress towards meeting objectives.
