SalaryWe're looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our Eastern and Midlands team based in Waterbeach.
Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge
Contract: Full time, Permanent
What will you be responsible for?
As a Business Development Coordinator, you'll be working within the Eastern and Midlands team,supporting the Business Development Manager and Preconstruction Team.
Your day to day will include:
- Monitoring CRM data integrity for pipelines for Cambridge. Witham, Rushden inc. monthly CRM validation
- Preparing reports/documents for monthly Cambridge. Witham, Rushden Ops Director meetings, record keeping
- Reviewing daily GovUK Contracts Finder/Find A Tender portals, record keeping
- Glenigan - preparing monthly/weekly reports for BDMs, monitoring opps of interest, recording updates, checking planning portals
- Updating CRM for KCE's opportunities, organisations, contacts (all transactions e.g. Tender Alerts, Contract Awards, staff 'known tos", meetings, set-regarding for emails)
What are we looking for?
This role of Business Development Coordinator is great for you if:
- You are proficient in CRM database an Microsoft dynamics
- Experience in a similar role
- Be able to organise events and diary management
