Smart Solutions Group are one of the UKs largest Recruitment Agencies, our Cardiff Hub encompasses a dynamic and vibrant team that is dedicated to connecting people with job opportunities within the local area.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Exectuive to drive sales for our branch.
Key Duties:
- Using a variety of mediums- from outbound calling to Linkedin networking- to proactively reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our recruitment services.
- Build and nurture relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Client Visits: Conduct in person visits to clients to understand their staffing requirements and business & discuss how our services can meet their hiring needs.
- Showcase our capabilities and establish a strong presence in the market.
- Work diligently to build a tangible and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategically position our recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to align sales strategies with recruitment goals.
- Working in a collaborative environment to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction- we pride ourselves on our friendly inclusive team

Skills & Experience Required
- A proven track record in sales is essential. While recruitment experience is not essential a background in sales is crucial to excel in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal team members.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of our recruitment services.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Full UK driving license
