Business Development Executive

I am seeking Business Development executive to drive business growth for a growing engineering company. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, acquiring new customers, and identifying opportunities to expand our reach.

Day-to-day of the Business Development Executive:

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation to increase the number of new accounts.
• Develop and implement a sales plan to support the annual budget.
• Meet or exceed all KPIs and sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Conduct price negotiations confidently and maintain sales documentation.
• Promote company products/services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives to grow telephone and web sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Business Development Executive:

• Sales experience in a related industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in time management and planning.
• Ambitious and driven with an entrepreneurial flair.
• Commercial acumen with research, analysis, and reporting skills.
