Business Development Executive
I am seeking Business Development executive to drive business growth for a growing engineering company. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, acquiring new customers, and identifying opportunities to expand our reach.
Day-to-day of the Business Development Executive:
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation to increase the number of new accounts.
- Develop and implement a sales plan to support the annual budget.
- Meet or exceed all KPIs and sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Conduct price negotiations confidently and maintain sales documentation.
- Promote company products/services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives to grow telephone and web sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Business Development Executive:
- Sales experience in a related industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in time management and planning.
- Ambitious and driven with an entrepreneurial flair.
- Commercial acumen with research, analysis, and reporting skills.
