The Opportunity
- Making outbound calls to Businesses nationwide, with the goal of confirming appointments for the field sales representatives.
- Acting as an ambassador for the business, using your active listening skills to understand the needs of your prospects and identify opportunities to add value.
- Working towards realistic but motivating KPI’s and targets, offering the opportunity to enhance your earnings.
- Leaning into your naturally inquisitive nature, you will be keen to explore additional Business Development opportunities to maximise profitability.
- Working in close collaboration with field sales representatives, providing accurate and detailed information which will influence lead-conversion success.
