I’m working with a specialist, global company who offer a consultative service to their clients. They are an award winning company with years’ worth of experience and success in their industry and they are looking for a Business Development Executive.

With growth the forefront of their minds, they are looking to add a Business Development Executive to their team. The purpose of the Business Development role will be to identify business, lead generation and booking of appointments, by phone based activities.
THE ROLE:
- Sourcing leads, making calls and booking meetings
- Sending follow up emails
- Working with the existing team to ensure that the best approach is being used in each situation
- Hitting and achieving targets
- Keeping accurate and detailed records
THE PERSON:
- You will need to demonstrate that you are a confident, resilient and hard working individual
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have some B2B phone based sales experience, but willing to learn and adapt in a new role
- Excellent computer skills
- Passionate about sales, communicating with people and succeeding
The company offer a supportive and thorough induction/ onboarding programme, with personal and professional development at it’s centre. They reward success and internal progression is a main goal for them. The successful candidate can expect to be promoted within 6-12 months/ after a successful probation and completion of the development programme to a Business Development Manager.
