As Business Development Executiveyou will be working as part of a small dedicated sales team providing leads, prospecting for new business and building relationships. The role is full time and permanent based onsite in Brackley with a salary of up to £33,000 plus bonus. The business has gone through massive growth over the last couple of years.
Key Accountabilities for the Business Development Executive:
- Identify prospective target customers over the phone, email and in person
- Research new companies and customers
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Use historic customer data for prospective calling
- Initiate and execute marketing campaigns in line with business objectives
- Collaborate with team members on sales initiatives and campaigns
- Attend events promoting services and prospecting for new customers
- Actively make daily calls, emails
- Follow up on any leads generated and pass over to relevant team member
Key Skills Required for Business Development Executive:
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting
- High levels of customer service
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Confident communication skills
- Ability to establish and nurture client relationships
- High levels of own initiative, energy and drive
- Strong interest in self development
