• Basic salary up to £35,000

We are partnered with an exciting B-Corp Certified start-up, based in Bristol, that are growing and looking for their first Business Development Executive to join the team. This role is focused on winning B2B clients so, you will need to have some outbound Business Development experience. Ideally, you will be passionate about making a difference, enjoy speaking to new people and developing long-term relationships.
What you'll be doing
• Identifying potential new client opportunities.
• Making initial contact with potential clients and setting up meetings.
• Understanding clients’ needs and offering the best products to suit them.
• Being responsible for achieving your own individual targets.
• Attending client meetings to further promote products and grow a relationship.
• Working very closely with the Account Management team to secure clients.
• Ensuring you are passionate about the company’s values and projecting this at all times.
What you'll need to apply
• Previous sales, Business Development or lead generation experience.
• A bubbly, outgoing and friendly personality, that enjoys meeting new people!
