Business Development Manager

In this Business Development Manager position you will be responsible for:
- Being the driving force of new business in both the UK and international market.
- Generating leads, visiting clients, building relationships and successfully winning new business.
- Field and office-based work around the Business Development Manager role.
- Manage development plans for business and revenue growth.
- Implementing initiatives for new target markets and leads.
- Pursuing business leads and carrying them through the sales cycle process.
The successful Business Development Manager will have:
- 2/3 years+ of Business Development experience In the logistics industry- road freight.
- Knowledge of the international logistics market would be beneficial but not essential.
- As a Business Development Manager, you will need to possess a great amount of enthusiasm and drive to successfully consistent new business.
- You must be well organised and punctual to maintain a high standard in all areas of this role.
- You will need to be proactive in your approach to winning new business and developing the brands presence in the market.

The Package
A basic salary of £30k - £70k is available for the right Business Development Manager with a great commission structure. Other benefits to be discussed at the interview stage.
