We are representing one of the biggest players in the IT & Digital apprenticeship training space. Our client train over 1,500 apprentices every year, providing training in level 3-7 apprenticeships within software, data, cyber, IT support, networking and DevOps.
The Role
We’re on the hunt for X2 Senior Client Engagement Consultant to join our clients energetic and vibrant sales team based in our clients Leeds office. The role is hybrid and ideally you will work 2-3 days in the office. You will play a pivotal role in the continuing growth of the business, you will be responsible for driving sales through lead conversion and managing client relationships to ensure the highest level of service excellence.

- Strong communication, presentation, verbal, and written skills
- Experience in the apprenticeship market would be highly desirable and knowledge of the educational sector and funding linked to apprenticeships
- Experience of winning business with organisations whether that is in the apprenticeship space or wider training environment
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in previous role(s)

Main Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with new clients via telephone / email / meetings / networking events
- Advising clients on the apprenticeship scheme and how best to utilise the funding available
- Supporting levy paying organisations to develop a strategy to maximise the levy / revenue
- Leading new business pitches and proposals to clients
- Managing client process from start to finish
- Account management following client wins
- Working to KPI’s to achieve monthly / quarterly / yearly targets
