Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Business Development process, from prospecting to lead generation and successful tender wins.
- Conduct research to identify and qualify sales leads, maintain client data, and follow up on leads.
- Build prospect relationships through telesales and networking events.
- Develop compelling sales tenders and proposals, manage tender processes, and achieve sales targets.
- Create high-quality documents, assist with presentations, site visits, mailings, and event coordination.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Skills and Experience
In this role:
- Experienced in Business Development, particularly in contract catering, with a knack for managing innovative tender proposals and marketing campaigns/events.
- Financially savvy with strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to successfully manage prospect opportunities and tender projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite software, with knowledge of or a willingness to learn InDesign and database management.
- Excellent persuasive writing skills and interpersonal abilities, coupled with personal attributes like excellent presentation, creativity, innovation, and flexibility in working hours to meet business demands.
