Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer required to join a supplier of bespoke, design to order, high performance computing systems, rugged computers, NAS Systems and GPU systems.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to develop integrated high performance computing solutions within the military, defence, industrial, communications, energy and transportation sectors.  
A proven background selling high performance computing systems, rugged computers, NAS Systems, GPU systems, rugged servers, rugged computers, COTS computing, high power computers or similar.
The Business Development Manager can be based anywhere in the UK and will cover UK wide.
 
Package
£70,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
Car allowance
OTE £100,000+

Role
Selling integrated high performance computing / COTS computing solutions within the military, defence, industrial, communications, energy and transportation sectors
Working from home, covering UK wide
New Business Development and account management
Reporting to the Sales Director
Engage in a balanced mix of opportunity nurturing and relationship building activities
Actively identify and engage in networking opportunities at industry events to meet
potential and targeted prospects
Working with the bid team, complete professional sales quotations/proposals
Liaise with various engineering departments
Based remotely with adhoc visits to the office
 
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive or similar
A background selling high performance computing systems, rugged computers, NAS Systems, GPU systems, rugged servers, rugged computers, COTS computing, high power computers or similar
Full UK Driving License – Willingness to cover UK wide
