As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring new business, achieving, and exceeding sales targets, as well as building great client relationships with your outstanding personality and five-star service.
Core responsibilities include:
* Identifying new potential clients
* Being proactive in creating account plans with a variety of sales activities to secure the sale
* Keeping a rolling pipeline of opportunities going
* Carrying out online demonstrations
* Attending face-to-face events
Skills required:
* A flexible, self-motivated and target driven individual with ambition and determination to succeed. Prior experience of B2B sales, strong questioning skills, ability to challenge the status quo and seek ‘win-win’ solutions
* Excellent customer service skills with an engaging personality
* Comfortable solving problems, resolving customer conflicts and retaining customer confidence
* The ability to engage audiences, influence people and drive actions with persuasive communication skills
* Able to maintain an engaging tone while seeking out professional feedback and resolving any issues
* Ability to establish and develop effective long-term partnerships with clients and colleagues alike

* Strong time management skills and high energy to maintain the required level of sales activities

* Full driver’s license
