**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with new and present distribution partners.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new dealers and expand the company's client base
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in Business Development or sales
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
