Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives within the coffee industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the coffee industry.
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers and sales team members.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management within the coffee industry.
- Strong understanding of coffee products, brewing methods, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
