Radiant is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new business sales in the company.
We are a small but growing company and are looking for somebody who thrives in that environment and can help take us to the next level. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and our Client Services Director.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious salesperson to join a small agency and make a huge impact with your determination, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
- Scoping projects and retainers
- Providing quotes and proposals
- Building relationships with referral partners
- Keeping track of your pipeline and nurturing prospects
- Using linkedin, email, social media, and the phone to outbound prospects
We’re looking for:
- Somebody with hunger to succeed
- A curious and quick learner who can keep up-to-date with a rapidly evolving industry
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- A pro-active and results-driven professional
- Somebody who is not afraid of being rejected
- E-Commerce experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of Shopify’s platform and ecosystem is highly beneficial
