A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Experience in selling commercial plastic piping/pump systems.
- Demonstrable experience in a sales or Business Development role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of the UK market and its dynamics.
