They are searching for a Business Development Manager, to help aid the firm in its growth, and to onboard new business and develop opportunities. There is a health commission and reward package based on performance, as well as a strong basic salary
BDM Position Overview
Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract prospective clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized mortgage solutions.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with real estate agents, developers, and other industry professionals to generate referrals and leads.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
Stay informed about changes in mortgage regulations and industry developments.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the firm.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable mortgage deals.
Pipeline Management:
Manage and update sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance metrics.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
BDM Position Requirements
- Experience working within mortgages or the financial services
- Excellent salesman skills
- Excellent client management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Must be a UK citizen and obtain a right to work in the UK
- 3+ years similar work experience
BDM Position Remuneration
A generous basic salary, ranging from £25-30k
10-25% commission on top of this
