As a Business Development Manager, you will:

- Identify target customers and verticals within the Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial sectors.
- Develop propositions and contact strategies to penetrate new markets effectively.
- Utilise the company's CRM system to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed targets through your leadership and expertise.
- Proven experience in a new business key or national account Business Development role.
- Track record of success across the entire sales process, from planning to closing deals.
- Able to lead by example and coordinate the relevant support functions effectively meet goals.
- Ability to analyse market trends and behaviours, developing strategies to boost sales in new markets.
