We are on the search for a self-motivated and accomplished Business Development Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Director of Environment, you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth and development of our technology division while managing and nurturing the essential relationships we have built with our existing clients.

What you will be doing:
* Build and forecast a diverse and strong sales pipeline
* Attracting and identifying new business opportunities
* Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
* Attending events and client meetings to remain in touch with the latest in industry news and formulate a robust sales strategy
* Be a brand representative for the business and developing a strong understanding of Marston's offering and services

What we are looking for:
* Some business travel will be required
* Previous experience within Air Quality Management or Environmental Services is preferable but not essential
* Proven and demonstrable ability to build strong working relationships
* Proven and demonstrable ability in a fast-moving sales environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* High level of self-motivation
