3x Business Development Manager - Hybrid - Up to £40k base with x2 OTEWe have partnered with a market leading Colocation Specialist in their recruitment of a Business Development Manager.This company has lofty growth plans for 2024, hiring several sales people into their sales and technical functions.You would be coming on board into a full new business role, hunting and winning new logos in the Colocation space which this company consider high potential - they are looking to hire 3 of these BDMs to meet the demands of the company and achieve the full value of Data Centre Rack Space sales opportunities.Responsibilities* Hunt/win new logos* Proactive Business Development approach, utilising multiple methods of outreach* Develop a go-to-market strategy for target accounts* Schedule and attend customer meetings/online sessions to present the portfolio and demonstrate the solution* Successfully forecast and build a pipeline of growth opportunities* Achieve and exceed sales targetSkills/Experience* 2+ years track record - end user-focused role ideally within IT sales* Knowledge of IT/Colocation services* Self-starter with a high-energy approach* Demonstrable selling skills with examples of IT account wins* Excellent oral/written communication skills, including strong presentation skills* Technically competent with an ability to learn and communicate the technical aspects of the solutions to a reasonable level of depth* Excellent customer engagement and relationship-building skills
