Duties:
- Delivering key account management of existing customers
- Proactively securing new business
- Cross selling the full service portoflio.
- Produce & keep updated development plans for customers
- Monitor customer activity and produce internal and external reports
- Lead generation customer engagement and increasing revenue
- Key account management of existing customers
- Produce & keep updated development plans for customers
- Presentations to prospective clients
- Attending and contributing to sales meetings
- Resolution of complaints and queries
- Hold regular meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Completion of tender documentation
- Co-ordinate information on competitors
- Proactively developing effective marketing tools.
Skills and Experience Required:
- HVAC Experience
- Background in Rental Markets, Construction, Industrial, Process, Food& Pharma considered
- Confident negotiation skills
- Customer management skills and experience of being field based
- Full UK Driving licence
- Willingness to travel across the North East, Midlands and South West
