Part of a £multi-billion global software company, our client is a market leading visual documentation and software company specifically for the construction industry. Along with measurable 3D images, streaming webcams, professional facility management videos, virtual walkthroughs, UAVs, Fire-Stopping and Laser Scanning Services, our client delivers interactive as-builts by linking inspection-grade visual documentation to architectural plans to capture every project with exceptional clarity. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Account Executive to cover the North West of England. They have offices in central Manchester and there will be an expectation that the candidate will be in the office 3 days per week .
The Role:
- Manage and build an exclusive sales territory
- Generate revenue by identifying, selling, and developing new enterprise-level clients
- Orchestrate institutional buy-in across multiple stakeholders and roles in an organisation
- Nurture an existing client base for renewals and upsell opportunities and prospect potential customers through outbound calls and drop-in site visits
- Update, maintain, qualify and forecast an expansive pipeline of prospects
- Tap into their industry-leading lead database for a constant stream of potential clients
- Attend industry trade shows and events, and join community associations to form strong network connections and stay current on construction trends
- Meet with private and public-sector construction clientele at all levels, including Owners/Developers, Contractors, Construction Managers and Architects
- Comfortably demo software and services, tailoring your presentation to meet customer goals and demonstrate your ability to solve the industry’s pain points
- Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce from initial contact to signed contract.
The Candidate:
- You will have a minimum of 3 years SaaS sales experience
- You must reside in the North West and be able to get into their central Manchester offices 2/3 days per week.
- Experience of closing complex and solution driven deals
- Experience selling into the construction sector would be advantageous
- You will have excellent time management skills and strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities
- You are comfortable presenting to clients in a boardroom or a construction environment
