Do you have any sales experience, from an automotive background, looking to step into an autonomous role for a prestigious award-winning educational provider, supplying game-changing training programs and apprenticeships to global players in the automotive markets, where you can massively boost your earnings, with a productivity bonus up to £20k?

Do you want to work for a company which provides high quality educational programmes and training, where you will make a significant difference as you take the lead on all aspects of marketing, sales and Business Development, and provide accurate decision-making for the direct benefit of their clients, which include prominent household names in the global automotive industry such as Toyota and Porche?

Since 2005, this highly reputable company has dominated the educational sector; growing from two staff members to 105, and a turnover of £40,000 to 8 million. On offer is a pivotal role, where you will manage key accounts, bring on new business for the company, and be the face when promoting company programs.

The Role:

• Be a lead representative and build and grown business opportunities while maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Achieve company goals and revenue target by implementing established Business Development strategies
• Collaborate with internal team to customise solutions and create beneficial program that meets the clients disable needs
• Conduct market research to identify future strategic partnership in all relevant entities and identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth in training industry
• Provide proposals, report and track sales figures and key performance metrics and provide successes and challenges throughout your Business Development activities

• Business development or sales role experience.
• Experience in Automotive or Training / Apprenticeships
