Area to be covered: North (Birmingham to the Scottish border)
Remuneration: £50,000- £55,000 negotiable + 20% bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens will involve:
- Business Development Manager position selling our clients manufactured range of Contract Kitchens purely focusing on high-rise residential projects
- All of your time will be focused on selling to major housebuilders, national & regional housebuilders, developers and contractors
- Inundated with incoming high-rise leads for you to go at
- Once up & running will be expected to turnover circa £4m - this may take you 5 years
- Will be KPI focused initially
- Reporting to Sales Director
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens with:
- Must have kitchen product experience
- Must have some sort of project sales experience
- Doesn’t have to be specific to highrise
- Ideally knowledge or experience with major, national, regional house builders & developers
- Must be able to communicate at all levels
- Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident
- IT literate
