Business Development Manager - Industrial

Our client proudly supports jewellers across the country.
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their Industrial team.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for applications within industrial markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and generate new leads.
- Work with the operations teams to align the company service offering with the business opportunities.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users, to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to create custom solutions that meet the unique needs of new customers and drive business growth.
- Measure and track the success of Business Development efforts, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's visibility within targeted markets.
What you’ll need to bring to the show:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial related Business Development or sales.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and sales.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the industrial market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

- A salary of £40,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience

Hours of Work:
Our client’s working week totals 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday. Hours can be flexible but will need to suit business requirements.
