We are currently recruiting a motivated Business Development Specialist who has a strong background in hunting new business. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the helm of the commercial operations of a growing logistics business.
The chosen candidate will successfully expand the company's current portfolio of clients and identify new avenues for revenue. Our client is an international Transport company with a strong core offering that are looking to develop more active outbound sales channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial growth strategies with a focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Research and identify new business markets and predict customers needs
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing and finance teams to achieve aligned business operations
- Manage and nurture client relationships and accounts
Skills & Experience
- Strong track record in identifying and winning new business to support business growth
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role in a service sector environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data driven mindset and analytical approach
