How do you contribute to the team?
We are looking for a super-driven and eager colleague to take our efforts to the next level. You will assist in proactively finding and engaging with people and organisations that would benefit from partnering with ParkBee. You’ll be both a partner and an advisor, always trying to find the best custom approach.
This plays a pivotal role in expanding our business, focusing on new client acquisition, and growing our portfolio of real estate clients.
Main tasks/responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and industry events, among others.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to signing the deal.
- Present persuasive sales presentations, addressing specific business challenges
- and highlighting the USPs.
- Negotiate effectively to secure deals and partnerships, understanding the needs and priorities of both parties and striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Create, nurture and maintain your professional network with executives and other senior representatives.
We are likely to be a match if you:
- Are a self-starter who is proactive, hands-on, curious, and motivated. You want to go the extra mile. You get the job done!
- Have a degree in Business, Management or any related studies for the area.
- Have a record of success within a BDR/SDR function.
- Got some experience in the full sales cycle. Working with SaaS, tech or Real Estate would be a plus!
- Are a self-starter who likes to work independently as well as being part of a team.
- Have attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate across functions and seniority; strong team player.
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-changing environment, you want to contribute to the growth of an ambitious scale-up.
