Do you have sales experience and a background in electronics? Are you looking for a remote based Business Development role offering an uncapped commission structure, private healthcare package, and every other Friday off?

My client is an established electronics manufacturing service company, and they are looking for a Business Development Manager to broaden their customer base. The company supply into a range of markets including robotics, automotive, and defence, and deliver on projects that focus on cable assembly, box build, and PCB assembly.

Your engineering knowledge and sales experience will guide you in generating new customers and orders for the business, with the role being remote based plus an element of travel, however this role is not focussed on field sales. This is a new role within the business that has emerged due to growth, and you will have uncapped earning potential with a lucrative commission structure in place. Additionally, the role offers a 4-day working week once a fortnight alongside an excellent benefits package including a private healthcare package.
